How to install English software and remove all chinese language

Hello everyone
I purchased the xiaomi mi3 from china. I am from India hence I need English as my language so kindly guide me how to install the English rom. Is there any OTA link to it?
Secondly I would also want to know.. When I dial any number it shows a couple of Chinese suggestions... How do I remove that? Please help n oblige.

I downloaded the rom multi language but still when i dial a number the chinese suggestions show in the directory
In the language and input option also i just get the chinese pinyin option.please help.how do i completely erase chinese apps and suggestions
