Hi, i uninstalled the security center app with the
pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.miui.securitycenter
This command works without rooting and it removes the app only for the current user, the apk is still in /system/priv-app/SecurityCenter/.
Now, to the problem :
It was a bad idea. It seems this app manages a crapload of other things including the application list, running app list and many other settings.
How can i reinstall it for the current user 0 ?
The pm command has an install function too but that doesnt seem to work in "reverse".
Edit: I tried reinstalling the latest update package. I have the weekly EU miui on a Xiaomi Redmi 4a. I reinstalled the latest OTA package that is still in downloads via TWRP but did not help in this case.
I suppose the user that is used by the phone with UID 0 has some settings somewhere that have to be changed and the reinstallation does not help with that?
