How To Wipe And Delete All Data Before Selling Xiaomi Phone?

I have Mi5 3/32gb. I just did factory reset from settings -> additional settings -> backup and copy -> factory reset. Then I reboot phone but I could still find my old photos in some folders So I went into TWRP mode, wiped data, cache and dalvik -> reboot phone. After I plugged phone to PC I still could find some folders from old applications (like hearthstone, facebook).

The question is - how to safely delete all data?

Log out from your Mi account, boot into TWRP, get into Wipe menu and press format data, type yes when asked. Then flash a stock rom from MiFlash using clean all option. (and lock if you want)

Sign out Mi account and remove Google account so next owner won't get suprise at first boot. Then boot to fastboot mode and MiFlash latest factory image with "Clean all" option.
