I've seen in recent news that Android 16 will no longer allow bootloader unlocking (this is on Google Pixel, I think). The point is that other brands like Samsung have already implemented it with One UI 8 and Xiaomi supported the idea starting with Hyper OS 3, so will there be a way to continue using custom ROMs on Xiaomi devices? I'm also trying to understand the impact this news will have on Xiaomi EU developers and their ROMs.
