HowTo: Stop reloading/restarting launcher with FINAL MIUIv5 (4.12.5)

1. Download MIUI 4.11.28 for Mi2a/taurus: http://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/4-11-28.26262/
2. Extract /system/app/whetstone.apk and copy it to /system/app/ on your device and overwrite the current file.
3. Restart.
4. Done.

This procedure will likely work for other devices with the same problem.

what this procedure do? is valid for V6? how it works???

With MIUI v5 this problem appears only in FINAL MIUI v5 (4.12.5) and can be fixed as advised.

While the reason of Launcher re-loading/re-starting in MIUI v6 is probably the same, I have no idea how to fix (I just downgraded back to MIUI v5 due to too many issues co I can not debug it).
