New Html Viewer's Issue When Getting Wifi Access

I think HTML Viewer (to get wifi access) shouldn't auto close when I disconnected the Wifi.
I've bought an extender (totolink ex100). I connect the extender to the existing wifi. HTML Viewer's popup appear to scan the existing wifi. Then the extender disconnect and reconnect to... I don't know, maybe to connect the existing wifi and config the extender. But when it disconnect, the popup close. I reconnect and the scanning popup appear again with no internet access. I saw some video. When the extender disconnect, popup remind to reconnect the wifi. Then the extender's wifi can connect with internet access.

I'll try to connect by another devices if someone lend me.

Rom version: 7.5.11

I found the extender's ip is 192.168.0.254 and I connect with chrome successfully.
But i think you should modify the HTML Viewer.

:v 2 years latter... You need go to Config and search for "aplications", then open "Installed aplications" and search there "Android System Webview". Probably this app is not enabled, just turn to enabled.
