Has anyone already installed version 3.0.9?
I'm currently on 3.0.7 and I'd like to know what improvements it brings.
Is it just a minor update, or does it include new features?

Also, the OTA update isn’t working for me (server full, please try again later).
Can I download the update manually and install it through the system updater?

You can ignore this update. It's just about a fix of a south Asian app like Netflix and November security update.

In theory there should be no problems. The recovery build only matters after the upgrade, and the upgrade should flash a matching stock recovery.
But if you want to make sure everything goes smoothly, I'd suggest u go with fastboot for this one if you can.

I think I'll just wait for the matching TWRP version to come. I need to flash some other zips after the ROM.

Now for the bugs since the last two updates:

1. Apps disappear from the home screen/app drawer, but they're still there in the settings (my workaround was to use a different launcher for now).

2. Since today, I'm getting notifications, and the system UI crashes. I can't even pull down the notification shade; the phone crashes when there's a notification.

3. If I go to settings, then apps, and then autostart, it takes me back to the apps menu.

In WhatsApp, only the contact numbers appear, not the names. After refreshing, the names then appear. The same thing happens with calendar appointments and other data. Only manual synchronization works.

Hi, sorry I didn't know how to do it. I've looked it up now, here's the file as requested, since my phone is barely responding to incoming messages.

I'm also having battery problems.

And the security keeps crashing on me too.

I only see the Security app crash in your log, not any system UI crashes.
The Security app crashes due to an attempt to draw a 419348484 bytes (~400 MiB) bitmap.
I have no idea what's wrong with your device. Never seen anything like this. Try clean flashing.

No, and Settings showing on long press is a bug so thanks for the report.

UPDATE: Patched the Settings action to open "Search bar settings" instead of whatever it was doing by default.

Hi, this is due to the new Permission Settings. Go to the Permissions Tab of Whatsapp -> Contacts -> Change Setting to Always allow and Uncheck the "Return empty Message" (i don´t know the exact english wording).
Works for me. Also now the correct notification sound is played. This was a problem in HyperOS2, at least on my device.

I've installed your latest rom (xiaomi.eu_NUWA_OS3.0.3.0.WMBCNXM_16) and I've a problem whenever new text message come in my phone it only shows in my notification not in my messaging app. when i click on that notification it shows me in the text message app.

Hi i have a Problem with my shennong. Today my Phone is extremly slowly. Restarts do not resolve the problems. But in Apps the xiaomi 14 Pro is normal, only the System is extrem slow. What can i do? I have the newest xiaomi.eu hyperos 3.04 installt.
