I can't install EU Rom on MI 8 SE

I don't speak english but i'll try to explain.

i used eu rom before, but with last update i've battery issue, so i did a downgrade but it has a boot loop... i restore with MiFlash with the official rom and all okay but when i try to install some EU rom it has boot loop on logo, or automatic put on fastboot mode, i try with many updates from december, jan and feb and nothing, im really tired of this, what can i do? :C

Try to format data before flash eu rom
I mean format data in twrp, not just wipe data

when i do that when the install is done, get stuck on fastboot mode :/
