ihave new mi9t pro and try to downlaod Miui.eu and idowload this file "xiaomi.eu_multi_HMK20ProMI9TPro_9.12.19_v11-10"
and after install finshed my phone is restart in twrp recovery and cant copy the any zip file to my phone to flash it again
please help me what can ido and can i return to my global rom to worked my phone again please help

To return to GLOBAL official, that seems the best for you, just use MIFLASH and a fastboot official rom for your phone model.
First point, you can't copy the zip rom because your phone is encrypted. Make a format data first.
