I’m desperately asking for help from any kind-hearted person who would like to improve my son's phone (it’s his first phone). I have a MI10 Ultra, and I’m stuck on version 12.5.10 stable. I installed TWRP 3.4.2b-0623 (the first one I installed when I bought the phone about 5 years ago), but it’s now completely outdated and can’t flash new ROMs. I would like to update the phone to at least the latest ROM released to give my son a better user experience… However, I need someone who can guide me step by step as if I were an 8-year-old. Thanks in advance!

hello everybody. Just stopping by to register my indignation with Xiaomi, as they abandoned the Mi 10 Ultra for good. One of Xiaomi's best cell phones, commemorative, and to this day with powerful hardware. Why? What is the reason for this abandonment of the brand? And those of us who still have the device, what should we do? Ultimately, this shows the company's disrespect for us consumers and brand enthusiasts. And will it stay that way?

Install the current ROM via fastboot. xiaomi.eu_CAS_OS1.0.4.0.TJJCNXM_13.zip

Installing with Fastboot:
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Extract the ROM zip to a new folder
  • Power off your device
  • Boot your device in Fastboot mode (Hold volume down + power buttons)
  • Connect to PC via USB cable
  • Run one of the installation scripts (according to your PC operating system):
    - install_upgrade (or update_rom) - without data wipe, if you're updating from an older Xiaomi.eu ROM.
  • wait for the device to reboot
  • Done!
