Install Eu Rom (switch From Official Chinese)

Hello, I'm new here.
I've bought a Redmi 4 pro (actually is on its way).
The phone will come with an official ROM with chinese and english language only. Cause i need multilanguages, I'll change it to a Xiaomi eu ROM.

I'm looking all the information to do that, procedures,tutorials, etc.
I want to be sure that I'll follow the correct steps when I receive my phone.

I know for sure that must apply for reguest to unlock the bootloader.

And next, what?? Can anyone help me with the steps?

I bought my phone like 1 month ago and the seller intsalled what he calls a custom ROM; in fact after receiving my phone I could certified that the seller had no idea of what he installed on my phone, it turned out that he installed the official stable global ROM! I'm happy with this version

Unloock bootloader officially
Install TWRP > fastboot mode and adb tools
Then install eu ROM

ROMs for devices with locked bootloader:

• Unlock your first bootloader here http://en.miui.com/unlock/
• Install TWRP via Fastboot mode, then install our ROM
• Code:
  fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
  fastboot boot twrp.img
• TWRP Recovery Zip DOWNLOAD or TWRP.ME
• Wipe /data partition
• Copy our ROM to the internal storage
• Install our ROM
• Reboot
• done

Ciao Stefano. Is this method also applicable for the Mi 5s plus? Do you maybe have a video tutorial for this method?
I'm also new here and have the official global 8.0 stable 8.0.4.0. (MBGMIDI) version on my phone and would like to try the developers version.
