Install Miui 8

Hi,
I'm currently on miui.it 6.5.26 and want to install Miui 8 6.6.17 using TWRP already installed.
When I try to flash it I receive the following error: unmount system fails: no such volume.

Can you help me?

got the same error but it still worked somehow.
a few weeks ago i tried to install the miui 8 alpha and i had the same error with no success. :/

i did not try it but maybe it's possible to flash the chinese miui 8 fastboot via miflash and then flash the xiaomi.eu rom via updater app.
don't know if that's a good idea but would be my plan B.

Before i have problem same u,after that i don't use TWRP to flash my file.I only use Update in my phone,choose update package and wait to reboot...i think u can try to update Miui 8.that my way to update anything if i have problem

Hi, if I try to update from the UPDATE App i got the following error: Can't verify update package.
Is there any settings I have to enable?

I think u need flash one stable firmware 6.0 by Miflash,after that install TWRP 3.0(if rom not have),download the new Miui 8 u want and go to Update app in your phone to flash this file.I remenber that error when i on miui china,so i change to stabe global rom by Miflash and i can flash Multi rom by Update app(but still problem when i flash by TWRP).don't worry,before i have too many error same u,but now i on miui 8 with that way.Hope can help you!
