Redmi Note 10 Pro (Sweet) Failed to install or update apps (INSTALL_FAILED_CONTAINER_ERROR) in MIUI V14.0.9.0

I'm using a RN10Pro and updated to V14.0.9.0 recently. after the update playstore and direct downloaded apps failed to install. when using adb to install zello app, the following error appeared. Tried clearing data of store and play services. no luck so far.

adb: failed to install zello.apk: Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_CONTAINER_ERROR: INSTALL_FAILED_CONTAINER_ERROR: Failed to extract native libraries, res=-18]

any possible solutions?
