is MIUI gallery also slow like hell on your device ?

Hi,
i installed MIUI Gallery on my own MIUI port for Desire HD.
as long as i have only one or two pictures in my sdcard, it is fast

but when i have more than 5-6 pictures it is simply unusable.

Is this normal (still in beta or alpha stage) or is there a problem with my porting ?

i noticed this in 12.31 also but i didnt have these problems with it in 12.18 or 12.24 ... weird!

ok thanks for the info and the confirmation, i think i'll use MIUI gallery from 12.24 in a 12.31 rom then
