is there any chance of DC Dimming (anti-flicker mode) feature in the next updates?

I wondering if the devs planning to add this feature for our phone and if yes, how soon it will be?
I heard also strange opinion, what DC Dimming feature is privilege for Pro verison of this model, since it's already there.
