Is There Any Features That Automatic Enable/use Data In The Background?

It would not be a problem when I'm at my home country because I have unlimited data plan.
However, when I went to Japan, it consumes data 1KB every 1 hour or so; even though I disable mobile data and only connect to wifi from time to time.

Suspect weather app but anyone knows whether any other background process which try and be able to access data even though I disable mobile data. I was using 6.11.10 during that period.

Probably it is some of Mi apps.
You may arrange and reconfigure permissions under security by limitting some apps' auto start features..
