New Kernel mi note 10 question

I have observed that since we are using miui 12 in Mi Note 10, when we access the CIT menu for kernel adjustments we can see the behavior of the proximity sensor but we cannot adjust the sensitivity.
On miui 11 if we could adjust it.
Any suggestion?.
