The app lagfix (to make a trim of the sd) is not supported by the system, is there some similar app or some script to run safe?

Why would you want that kind of mod or script? Mi 3 is a very capable device. So it should work smoothly without any kinds of mods. Anyway if you are talking about performance tweak based scripts, then I think "Skynet Genesis" and "Fly on" are some very well known performance tweak mods.

Don't run into those so called tweaks. Those are common script commands discovered long time ago when phones were slow. Now those tweaks will make your Mi3 actually slower, because the device is already optimized.
