New Lockscreen and notification problem Skype

I don't receive lockscreen notifications from Skype app. All permissions and notifications are set up correctly. I'm on 19.7 build Mi Mix 2s. This problems was persistent in all builds before, as well as on global rom.

That is the problem of skype. You can use skype lite will reslove it.

I don't receive status bar notification either. This didn't happen with Skype on Miui 9
