Lockscreen bug

Guys, I tried some of the custom lockscreens, but after I apply them, all I see in the lockscreen is its wallpaper and the screen unlocks if i touch it anywhere

This does not happen on the lockscreen screen which came with the ROM.

I am using the latest miui on my Nexus One

This is happening to me too on my Desire running 1.6.17.

This is happening to me too on my Desire running 1.6.17.

It is because your miui version is too old and not support the new lockscreen layout.. only the first lockscreens that had bug with the wallpaper will work for you.. just update to the newset build (no data wiping is needed) and every thing will be resolved

This would happen if there is any error in manifest.xml provide the name of lock screen or upload the lockscreen i'll check it for you.

Problem solved after I updated to 1.7.1
