Losing Magisk apps settings

I am on latest weekly build. But when updating via OTA, I am loosing Magisk(it's ok). But the important thing after installing Magisk back I lose all settings for Magisk apps like Viper.

Is there anyway to add magisk when updating or someway to save those settings for magisk apps.

that really happens when you flash roms

im not sure w/ miui but that is what happens whenever i flash an update rom in my moto g4 plus)
