Mail App Sending Garbaged Html

I just configured the Mail app for the first time. The output emails goes like that:

Etc, etc. I have looked for options on mail formatting but can't find any. Is this a know bug or shall I configure something for it to send the mail properly?

Hi, try yo delete your email account and configure it again. If it doesn't works, delete the account again, change to English and configure the account again...and then change to Spanish.

I'm Spanish as you are and using the last weekly beta....no problems!
