Mi 10 Ultra Fastboot update

Happy New Year everybody,

i have a Problem updating my Mi 10 Ultra. All updates befor the arrival of the Android 12 update had been done via TWRP. The process was flawless.
Now i won't get the Fastboot update to work:

Donwloaded the rom
extracted it
Boot Phone to Fastboot
connect to PC
Start the windwos fastboot update rom BAT

nothing....Command line Window stays black! :-(

Any Ideas?
