Mi 10 ultra help/advise

hi i just bought mi 10 ultra chinese rom from hong kong for my partner, even though she change language to chinese alot of phone still come up in chinese, i think maybe eu rom will be better for here- is there call recorder function also native on mi 12 eu rom? is it all english? thxs
