New MI 10 Ultra keeps rebooting after upgrading to 21.8.4

I upgraded my Mi 10 Ultra from 21.7.21 to 21.8.4 and it starts to freeze and reboot after being on for several minutes. And this loop keeps happening. I can no longer downgrade to 7.21 or 7.28 as the security patch has been upgraded. Does anyone else have the same issue?
