Updated to the newest release. Problem also exists on there. Already cleared data of the Google services.Also noticed that.

Mine is working again.
Deleted the Data of Google Pay, Play Services and Play Store. Then I installed TWRP and updated to the latest weekly update.
Now Pay is working again. SafetyNet shows still failed.

I tried clearing data for following apps. After that Google Play NFC still failed.
Had the same problem.
Cleared the data > checked: still not working > cleared data again > installed TWRP > installed ROM update > checked: working

I'm on the latest rom now, 20.9.24, i think I need to wait till 15th October.
