Mi 10T Lite 5G - The camera blurs movement, focuses poorly, and takes bad pictures.

Hello, I have been having a problem with the camera on my Mi 10T Lite 5G for some time now. When I take photos of people, whether they are moving or standing still, they appear blurry in the photo (see attached photo). When I take photos at 3x zoom, for example, the photo is also poor quality and blurry. The surroundings are sharp, but the people or the train are blurry and out of focus. I tried the factory settings, but that didn't help. Does anyone know what to do about this? Thank you.
