[Mi 11 Ultra] help! I've stuck on cmd when flash on windows

I was flashing eu rom xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11Pro_MI11Ultra_V12.5.4.0.RKACNXM_v12-11-fastboot using windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat
and I got stuck on these step (image attached) about 15 mins what should I do please help!

**this is first time from global to eu rom
**i've unlocked bootloader and follow these step on this clip:

1. Unlock zip file.
2. Turn off antivirus app on Pc.
3. Run PowerShell as administrator.
4. At powershell window go to rom folder. Run scripts.
