Mi 11 Ultra (star)
v14.0.23.3.13-DEV
Earlier v14.0.6-Stable

Both Stable and Weekly on the star has an Auto-Brightness bug.
Auto Brightness makes the screen too dark in low light and sometimes even in bright light.

Can someone please advise.

I have Sunlight mode enabled at the moment.

It's been like this for a while, brightness is slow to adapt too when turning off lights etc. Not sure if this is by design or not.

It was perfectly fine on MIUI v13

The v14 update messed it up

I was on v14 Global, then v14 Xiaomi.eu Stable and now on latest v14 Xiaomi.eu DEV/Weekly

No luck anywhere.
Same issue.

The auto brightness is better with XEU's v14.0.23.3.27.DEV (latest weekly build).

Try that out if you want to.

perhaps there is not enough "Device Health Services" ? it comes in all pre-installed global firmware and adapts the auto brightness, it may help, but I'm not sure. it takes some time to train him and auto brightness starts working well.

The auto brightness seems to be better on XEUs v14.0.23.4.10.DEV compared to previous XEUs weekly builds but still not like it was on official Stable V13.0.6.0.SKAMIXM -- which was optimum.

Screen still very dim in low light
(XEUs v14.0.23.4.10.DEV)

Hopefully Xiaomi will fix this and soon.

Some improvement but still not up to the mark with v14.0.23.4.25.DEV

Is there anything I can flash to fix the problem?
