mi 12s pro stuck on fastboot

Sorry guys, I'm desperate. I have a 12s PRO and I'm trying to install the European room.

Unlocked the phone and followed all those developer settings.

First, it was giving error.
Second, I tried using a tool called XiaoMiTool V2, but it gave an error and started an infinite boot loop.
I tried to install TWRP in another way, but now it doesn't leave the fastboot screen.

please, help me in a simplified way, I'm a layman, I just don't want to get hurt anymore. THANKFUL.

Send the screenshot from command line while trying to flash TWRP. Probably you messed up with file extensions (maybe you have double .img.img).

^ that appeared due to old fastboot binary. We had to flash the first .eu version (for fastboot), then flash TWRP and install the newest ROM (flashing China ROM didn't work for some reason...).
Problem solved
