New MI-2S incoming screen doen´t appear

Hi,

I have a big problem with my xiaomi mi2s. When there is an incoming call i got the ringtone but i dont have the option to answer it beacuse the answering screen wont pop up.
i have tried also to move between versions (4.1.24 4.3.7) but there is no change.

I does not have any third app to handle with calls.

Can anyone please help me?

it is a problem of the ROM installation
you need to reinstall the ROM from the beginning using MIFLASH
and after update it the Multilanguage ROM
