New [ mi 8 - 8.7.26 ] video lag in browser

I'm having issues with playing videos on my Mi 8, there is a big lag on all browsers... Even youtube behaviour is strange.
Did you encounter similar issues?

Anyone have the issue ? if not maybe it's configuration on the phone, but I don't see what to configure to solve the issue, if you have any idea ...
