Mi 8 SE don't boot with xiaomi.eu rom

quetion - after formating data I find that I cant copy the new rom to the internal storage, the copy process starts but seems to be stuck. how can I copy the rom to the device?

Try to reboot to recovery afterwords and copy the file within windows folders.

installed TWRP successful but when i try to load to Recovery mode Recovery mode cant load and MI8SE just run on Fastboot mode ! even i choose reboot to recovery mode but only fastboot mode running
tested 2 version - 3.2.1 - 3.2.3
my recovery mode is missing :|
only Fastboot can run on mi8se :|
my TWRP 3.2.1 worked well on Mi8SE before 8.11.1 Eu Rom
now i want to update to Eu 8.11.15 but recovery mode not load :|
what should i do ?

After you flashed, your command should be Fastboot reboot recovery or just use the button combo.

Post also the output:

1. Boot into fastboot attach phone
2. Issue fastboot devices
3. Issue fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
4. Adb reboot recovery

Report back.

I can only imagine it's something wrong with the twrp image.

Hi! If you have flashed the lastest beta with Android 9 you need a compatible version of TWRP.

It happened the same to me, and just flashed through fastboot this TWRP, then entered with the button combinations, and it's working again

i was abble to flash TWRP 3.2.3-1227 and then after data wipe this TWRP rebooted normally. Now Xiaomi EU rom is flashing so fingers crossed. This process was hell

I know how this figure is complicated, but You did well the first time.
China Fastboot dev 9.2.15 you installed via MIFLASH is the only one that support 1227 TWRP. (tested myself)
So from there it was easy to go directly to latest EU ROM.
This not the case for STABLE rom that only fit with 1102/1217 version.

Hi.. my experience flashing miui eu rom
1. already unlocked bootloader then with miui flash tool downgrade to china global stable sirius_images_V9.5.11.0.OEBCNFA
2. logout from miui account and don't lock your phone with any password then developer option - usb debugging - adb reboot to fastboot
3. fastboot flash recovery twrp 3.2.3 - 1217
4. in twrp recovery - wipe - format data then reboot recovery - copy miui.eu rom to storage sirius_images_V10.2.3.0.PEBCNXM
5. install - reboot

if want install magisk from twrp, use magisk 16.6 dont update (higher version make bootloop/stuck on mi logo)

There are different versions of the TWRP 3.2.3.
The newest one will not work. You should install the 1102 version first, then install the ROM, format, wipe etc. then before booting into the new ROM you install TWRP 3.2.3 1227 and then it will boot correctly. At least that's what worked for me after several failed attempts.

please help. i just unlocked bootloader today and tried to flash eu rom 10.2.3 from china 10.2.3 but everytime it lost twrp, only booted into fastboot.
i have tried many times with 1102, 1217 and 1227 with data formatted everytime but no luck ...

You must separate those going to/from STABLE EU rom fro those dealing with WEEKLY EU DEV.
-For STABLE rom TWRP IS ONLY 1102 or 1217.
-For WEEKLY rom new 1227 TWRP if you come from OFFICIAL DEV 9.2.15 or 1102/1217 if you come from any STABLE rom.
If you are not sure, just add all TWRP version in you ADB folder and boot them one by one in order to find the good one.
.\fastboot boot "twrp.img" ('replace "twrp.img" with real name)
Then FORMAT DATA/YES in wipe
reload the rom ZIP in your phone storage and install it. FOR WEEKLY you must install TWRP 1227 before reboot system.
In case of any TWRP boot. (only fastboot access) solution is to Flash OFFICIAL XIAOMI rom with MIFLASH.
