New Mi 9 doesn't boot after clean flash of any Android 11 weekly

Since the first A11 weekly ROM came out, I haven't been able to boot any weekly rom with clean flash, the phone vibrates once after 20 minutes, but MIUI logo stays on indefinetly, however, if I install A10 first and boot, and then flash A11, it boots.
Any fix for that ?
Yes I know that I got it working, but it is really inconvinient if I want to clean flash my phone to get it to speed.
(I don't have magisk installed, since I've heard it can cause some issues on first boot)

I wouldn't be asking for help, If I didn't try everything...

What I noticed is that on A10, the first boot creates folder structures on internal storage (sd card), also seems to wipe everything that is there.

But If I leave A11 sitting an hour booting and then reboot, the storage is untouched.

Maybe that's the issue, the phone can't access storage on the first boot ?
