[Mi 9] Fix for Unable to decrypt with default password. You may need to perform a Format Data

After a completely battery drain, my mi 9 wound not start. When the lock screen appeared the screen got unresponsive and i was not able to type the password.
In OrangeFox terminal the text "Unable to decrypt with default password. You may need to perform a Format Data" appeared.
