Invalid [MI 9 - miui 11] call logs are not available

I'm not sure what happened but the phone randomly stopped showing call logs. I can call, receive calls, but can't see any call history.

I seem to have the exact same problem except it's on the 9t Pro. Help would be much appreciated.

I also face this problem on a Redmi X4.
Interestingly enough it also happens since October... may this be a bug related to the system date maybe?

Apparently it got fixed in MIUI Global 11.0.3 Stable.

My problem now is, that the X4 reached its EOL regarding the Xiaomi.eu-ROM. Apparently there are also no more stables being released for this device. This is very sad.

I wish there would be some kind of workaround so that I could continue using my current ROM (xiaomi.eu_multi_HM4X_9.8.29_v10-7.1). Does anyone know more about a possible fix?

Hi similar issue for me. i have version 11.09 the lates in xiaomi.eu but call log history is empty. i can not see at what time i call some one, etc.

i still not have call log. now a have miui 12 but not solve the issue.
