When I tap on a number link in chat and choose to open with phone, system keep warning photo is not responding.

Hi, I cannot find the "package_cache" folder in /data/system/ on TWRP.
There are folders and files named with random characters.

Can you recommend a TWRP work for MIUI 12 ?
I check with mauronofrio's TWRP but it said support for Android 9.0
