I did the new update and it was extremely slow, I went to do a factory reset and the phone does not leave the twrp screen.

Try to flash SHRP recovery from v2.2 and reboot. Sometimes that fixes the problem.

Thanks for answering. But it did not work. It seems that the problem is with recovery. I saw that there is no official version of twrp and the available version has presented problems.
