New Mi 9T - Freezes and Hangs

I am using Xiaomi.eu Stable 12.0.4.
When I return to the home screen from any application, it freezes and hangswhen ı swipe up. This is too much and uncomfortoble.
I'm writing here to fix these. I'm reporting it to the right place, right?

If you have the "smart" wallpaper in use, just disable it.
reboot the phone.

No I don't use super wallpaper. Swiping on the home screen and switching apps with the bar at the bottom is not fluid at all. Even very, very bad fluency.
