Mi 9T (weekly 21.3.10 and stable 12.1.1) recording quality

I've been using the stable 12.0.6 (Android 10) firmware untill recently when i got the update to 12.1.1 and I noticed the recording quality degraded when recording inside snapchat, sending voice notes on instagram and so on. Is that a common issue?

Bumping my own thread after almost half a year just not bothering around it.
The fix is very simple, just disable "ok google" howtoword recognition, there is probably some interference having the mic always on with the voice assistant and between social media apps.
