mi9t instagram story problem on 20.12.2 eu beta

after android 10, instagram story problem has been started. we can not send 2nd 3rd ... parts of videos as story or message. android 11 has come but still we have the same problem more than a year. when is this bug gonna be fixed?!!
see the bug in the picture.
btw 12.0.6 latest eu stable does not have this instagram bug. how could it be?
