Mi gateway 3 (zndmwg03lm) and Zigbee devices

Good morning,
I have the Mi gateway 3 (zndmwg03lm) to which are connected three BLE temperature sensors (lywsd03mmc ) perfectly working. My problem is that I can't connect any Zigbee device (i.e. I have an Aqara temperature sensor (WSDCGQ11LM), an IKEA light bulb, etc.). I am normally connected to the European server but even if I connect to the Chinese server the problem remains.
Can anyone help me?

After more than one month I'm in the same situation: the hub is not able to pair with any Zigbee device! Could be that my hub is broken or the hub is unreliable?

Same here. Gateway 3, BLE thermometers connect, any new Zigbee device doesn't.
