you probably need to try again to flash
1) go to fastboot mode
2) reflash twrp, command should be like this :

fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.1.1-0-oxygen.img

3) boot to recovery

Don't know your operating system so google on how to install adb on windows or linux (sorry can't post link with my profile) : you've got a detailed link xda-developers install-adb-windows-macos-linux

You need to install adb for your os, really simple.

for step 2 of my previous post, you just need (phone in fastboot mode and connected with usb cable) to open a cmd line in windows or linux (command shell).
be careful, it could be necessary to be root or administrator to run the command.
hope it will help you, happy flashing.

Hier gibt es eine deutsche Anleitung, die ich im April 2016 genutzt habe (here is a german tutorial which I used in April 2016):
https://linuxwelt.blogspot.de/2016/04/twrp-recovery-flashen-xiaomi-anleitung.html?view=sidebar
https://linuxwelt.blogspot.de/2016/04/bootloader-entsperren-xiaomi-miui.html?view=sidebar

Vorher Minimal ADB und Fastboot auf deinem Windows-PC installieren, für Linux must du selber suchen (start with installation of Minimal ADB und Fastboot on your WinPC, for Linux please search for yourself):
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317790
https://www.lineage-os-forum.de/Thread-TUTORIAL-Anleitung-wie-ADB-bzw-Fastboot-zu-benutzen-ist

Und hier hat er das ganze in englisch veröffentlicht (and here he published the tutorial in english):
https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/how-to-flash-miui-eu-rom-tutorial.40557/

Oder du nimmst gleich das hier als All-in-one-Tool (or you can use this as all-in-one-tool):
http://xiaomitool.com/
https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/tool-xiaomitool-xiaomi-rom-changing-made-easy.40576/

Bitte hier in englisch schreiben/please write in english.
Is your Mi Max2 new? Then you need to format data in TWRP, because data partition is encrypted. This will wipe all data on your device, so make a backup before. Then reboot to TWRP again and reflash the latest ROM. Before check in fastboot mode, if the BL is really unlocked.

Wenn dein Mi Max2 neu ist, musst du es zuerst über TWRP formatieren, weil die Data Partition verschlüsselt ist. Das löscht alle Daten, also vorher sichern in TWRP. Danach nochmals ins TWRP neustarten und die letzte ROM flashen. Teste vorher über Fastboot nochmal, ob der BL auch wirklich entsperrt ist.

Doesn"t work,I make everything what you write in the instruction but Handy not start only black window with a Logo Unlocked

so you've got an unlocked bootloader, can you confirm that ?
if so, you need now to have a computer with adb tools installed. Is your platform is windows ?
is your computer config working, try "adb device" in a shell command prompt to see if you phone is detected and post some screenshot if possible.
good luck...

Platform is Windows 7 64 bit.
When I write adb device in a shell command prompt there only lists me a lot of commands not more

ok, you can check it with a simple command line (I assume your phone is in fastboot mode and connected with an usb cable) :

adb devices
List of devices attached
C1690300D80B52E device

if you've got an empty list, your phone is not detected and you need to fix that.
please tell us if your phone is listed ?

If so, you can try again to flash twrp, command is like this (I assume you have downloaded the twrp-3.1.1-0-oxygen.img file to your disk ) :

fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.1.1-0-oxygen.img

Printed lines should look like this :
target reported max download size of 536870912 bytes
sending 'recovery' (16120 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.424s]
writing 'recovery'...
OKAY [ 0.098s]
finished. total time: 0.522s

did you succeed to this step ?
if not, please post a screenshot.

Here is a picture from CMD

ok, you device is detected but it seems to be in recovery mode and not fastboot mode.
you need to have a screen like this :
fastboot devices
XXXXXX fastboot (XXXX is your phone serial number)

you probably need to change volume key, don't remember which one is needed but adb device command will tell you.

When you phone will be connected and in fastboot mode, you will be able to flash recovery (you can't flash recovery in recovery mode)

good, new step ok.
so now, can you try to flash the file with command below (I assume you've got the file on your windows PC) ?

fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.1.1-0-oxygen.img

post the screenshot please, thanks in advance.

I have to go sleep have to wake up 4 o"clock in the morning.
You can write for me the next steps what I have to do and I send photos about that

You've got an unlocked phone with twrp flashed.
Next step depend on you, you can flash a rom, use twrp to format, wipe, root, ...
If you want to flash a rim, choose zip version and flash it from twrp

I make same you write.Only show me when it restart black screen with the Logo unlocked

Which ROM did you use, maybe that's the problem? You have to enter TWRP first by selecting key combination and there in the manu select Flash .zip or similar...
