New Mi Max 3 changing Font Size problem

Hello,
I have clean installed 8.11.15 on my Mi Max 3 and I have noticed a problem with font size changing.

Xiaomi changed the font size changing menu in one of the October weekly updates,
The problem is that now when you change the font size from the default one, MIUI optimizations automaticlly turns off which breaks the navigation bar size, permissions, app icons on home screen turns huge.
when you turn off and on the miui optimizations in developer options, font size goes back to default.

I will report more bugs that I found soon (not in this thread because its not a font issue)
