New Mi Mix 2 - "cleaner Crashes" When Opening Documents/security App

I reinstalled TWRP 3.1.1-0 and it is the same result. MIUI BY ANDROID runs in a loop. Can anyone help me?

1. Unlock BL
2. Install TWRP CHIRON from here: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=50678
3. Make Format Data (with typing YES)
4. Install the newest available firmware
5. Voila
