Don't buy Mi2 now. There are so many better alternatives. Choose anyone among them.
My sincere advice being an Owner of Mi2S 32GB since 1 yr

Pls mention examples which are so many better than Mi2-S with regard to price/value, international ROMs, quality etc. considering that they shall have the same form factor. I can't stand all these devices > 5'' but I hardly find good alternatives.

It is subjective bro.... things which i like you may not like. And Vice Versa is also true.
So i dont recommend you any alternative, instead all i can say is there are better Phones available in plenty which are better than Xiaomi Mi2S.
You can prove whatever you want, this is my opinion and you can't change it. If you agree, buy it or else just forget it.

Lol, never read such a poor comment. First promote 'plenty' of better alternatives, but when asking in detail u answer only bla bla. For sure everybody consider different features as more or less important, that's why I asked for some examples of your 'plenty' alternatives to make my own mind.
