Mi2S don't want to boot to fastboot

My phone stopped working during one game. It don't start anymore. Some time it shows 1sec red light (when connecting to PC without battery) or 5sec red light (if connected to PC and pressed down vol + power). It seems like dead any way. I didn't find a solution in other threads.
I tied to flash it with MiFlash, but without going to fastboot it seems not possible.

There is is my try:
Win7, digital signature disabled. The phone recognized my system. Seems ok.

MiFlash 2012.11.06.0 or 20140509 don't matter

As the phone cannot start to fastboot mode, I think MiFlash simply don't find a device.

I tried some tricks with ADB, but it don't find a device also.

What is the problem in general: battery, partition, firmware, hardware ? What can be other steps ?

I did as it is writen..

If I press Vol down + Power (like fastboot mode) I connect the cable. The phone gives red light for 3sec, Windows gives a sound like new device connected, but no device on Port list (device manager). After few second windows gives sound as device disconnected and device in Port list appears. MiFlash gives an error on flash.
