You can apply for a refund, if the seller does not agree, then you submit disputes and add up your evidence (to prove that this phone is fake), and then Alibaba's staff will deal with your disputes

Please someone help me, I asked complete refund to seller but he first said he wants give me 50usd to repair, then 150usd and now 200usd -- but from phone and custom I paid 470 usd!

Very sorry to hear that you have bought a fake one. So many people had same experience on that terrible aliexpress web site.
A few shops in Europe have originals 100%. I've bought mine at http://www.androidfiguren.de/

Btw here is the scrn to see the difference in hardware ... screenshot shows original device with correct hardware.

I know the real nome of this fake Phone! Its kimi 3! The real problemi how i can change the l'annuale, i triennale with go launcher But impossibile istallazione different linguaggi. No google app, immagino so sad
 
i wish this thread had been discussed earlier.

I was also conned so i thought of sharing my experience to avoid using these sellers

At the begining I must say customer service was pretty good and responsive. When i received teh first phone and wasn't working as expected, I decided to send it back, and they "apparently fixed" and returned back to me, and of course being fake all the time the performance was exactly the same. The problem i had is that sending back the phone it took 2 months to get re receive it, and they would only extend the customer protection period on a 5 days basis. I went on hols where I didnt have internet connectivity, the customer protection expired and I could no longer file a claim. I told them that was unacceptable and that I was going to return teh phone for a full refund, but what happened was they never collected teh parcel, and 6 months later (today actually) I received teh phone back a again. Last time I received a response from them was 3 months ago, I threatened them with complaining to aliexpress and such but i guess they know there's no much aliexpress will do to them.
CPuz shows a cortex a5 4 cores with 2gb ram but is not full hd just 1280x720 and lacks half of teh sensors my other original mi3 shows ( as this took that long i bought another one hoping i eventually would get a refund....fool!)

i wondered if someone could suggest ways of using this phone (specially how i do to completely change teh rom as it fails both using mireovery, and OTA and also via fastboot.....i can't replace the loader to cmw either, so any tips would be highly apprecaited. Please share this and any keep posting links to any other fake vendor, even if we can save a few users from buying from these ****ers i would be satisfied...in teh meantime i will keep praying for a battery to blow up at hands of one of this sellers, so that maybe if they got blind they dont sell more fake stuff.

believe me i learn the lesson...the thing is that this shop is much different form any other aliexpress seller. they had good feedback and so...but eventually it turned into a ******* nightmare...and i lost 400 usd

Please input "*#*#6484#*#*"in the dial-up interface then maybe you can know your mi3 is original or fake.
