Mi3 keeps reseting

I got my Mi3 last week and it keeps reseting and then it gets stuck on the screen with the Mi logo in a gold/yellow color. This happens in 2/3 days intervals. Before reseting the phone heats up a bit.

Tried reseting it to Factory data, but it keeps doing it.

This also happened to my previous phone (Sony xperia j) and tech support solver it by reseting to factory data.

Anyone knows how to solve this?
