MI3 WCDMA version : could not flash because it is not finding flash_all_except_storage.bat

Hello,

I am new to MIUI, I am trying to flash MIUI english version, for some reason (stable ROM that have downloaded), it is throwing up an error stating the system cannot find the file 'flash_all_except_storage.bat'.
May be I am missing something, any help is much appreciated.

Flash with the updater app.
Menu button, select installation pack.
Brows to the map on your phone where the rom is stored.

That should work

Since your flash is unsuccesful try from mirecovery ,
it will clean up your phone at the first flash and after that u can use the updater normally
After downloading the file rename it update.zip .
Shut down your phone and enter mirecovery by keeping pressed power+volume up ,and select update.zip
